If a product appears as "sold out", we are not able to provide restock as all our articles are surplus from Schoeller Textil AG which involve a limited quantity. The only reason due to the restock of an item would be a return from another client.
For the moment, we do not have the certifications and the technical files of the materials. However, our materials are coming from schoeller.store, working directly with Schoeller Textil AG, which is a guarantee of good practices and high-end quality. Today we can collect technical data which all appears on the product page.
This is a very important subject on which we are currently working internally and we hope to be able to share all certifications and/or technical files in the future.
For the moment, we offer a 100% digital experience, without sampling.
We understand that handling materials is important in the creative process.
That's why we worked on the digital rendering in order to get the best "touch and feel" digital experience and translate the texture, the handfeel and the color of the materials.
To do so, you will find on each product page a high displaying with qualitative photos.
For the moment, it is not possible to save or book a product on the platform.
We are currently working on a "wish list" to give you access to your digital sampling card. However and due to the very limited quantities of our materials, we can't offer you the possibility to book or put an option some rolls without ordering.
Delivery & Return
We send you an email to track your parcel as soon as it is prepared by our warehouse and given to our carrier. This email is sent to you on average 3 working days after your order and contains the tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking platform.
All orders will be shipped from Switzerland with incoterm DAP.
If goods are delivered on the basis of DAP, Schoeller shall be responsible for the delivery of the goods to the named place of destination at the Buyer's premises. Explicitly excluded from this are the costs for the execution of all necessary import formalities.
We give the opportunity to return your items within 14 days for a refund, provided that:
1. The products have their original label
2. The products are not unrolled and cut
3. The products are sent back in their original conditioning and packaging
Return is at your charge by the carrier of your choice.
The refund will be made after qualitative and quantitative control by our warehouse.

We work exclusively together with Fedex to ensure lower shipping costs.
Transportation costs are calculated according to delivery adress and parcel's weight and dimensions.
Please kindly note that our fabrics are shipped in rolls, hence carriers apply an extra-cost because of the non-standard dimensions of the parcel due to the width above 1,20m.
We are currently working on other shipping options to let you choose the most suitable solution to your needs.
If you are a registered business you can order from everywhere in the world.
For the moment we can ship only to Swiss private customers. We hope to be able to open up to other countries in the near future.
To register on our platform, a company identification number is needed (Siret, Siren, EORI, ETIN...)
The VAT number is required for European companies only.
Students and private customers from Switzerland are able to order our fabrics.
For the moment, the access is limited to professionals who have a company identification number.
However, we aim to encourage young creation so we would like to open the platform to students.
